When I started Dragonfly Mobile Notary & Fingerprinting, I was doing everything myself. I was the driver of my Jeep Renegade Sport, the scheduler, the marketer, and the notary. I spent twelve years scheduling surgeries and eight years working at a dialysis center. In healthcare, you have to stay alert and oriented at all times. There is no room for error when people are counting on you. When I transitioned into the notary world in Southwest Florida, I brought that same focus with me. I realized that to give my clients in North Port, Charlotte County, and Sarasota County the best service, I needed to be at my best.
I started using AI to help me manage the "messy middle" of running a business. It became my virtual board of directors. It helps me stay organized, write clear communications, and keep my schedule tight while I am out on the road. What surprises most people is that AI is not scary or robotic. It is actually a way to bring more humanity back to your work because you are not too tired to care.

That is why I am launching the Dragonfly AI Academy. I want to teach other small business owners how to use these tools for everyday tasks.
We are starting with in person workshops right here in Southwest Florida. We will cover the basics of making your life easier without the tech headaches. For my friends further away, an online version is coming very soon. I want you to feel as empowered as I do every single morning.
One of the biggest lessons I have learned is that you do not need a huge staff to have a huge impact. You just need the right tools to keep you moving forward.
